Refund policy

All Sales are final. We do NOT accept exchanges, refunds or returns on our products, Due to hygiene reasons . This does not affect your rights. However, if there Is a manufacturer fault with your item then please contact us via email (aawig.enquiries@gmail.com) within 72 hours and we will be in touch in order to try and rectify this for you ( do NOT cut the lace). If the lace has been cut or the wig has been tampered with we are no longer obligated to attempt to rectify the issue (This does NOT affect your rights). However, under extenuating circumstances at our discretion A refund/partial refund may be permitted.

Shipping fees will be returned if your item is being sent back to be rectified. However, we do NOT offer prepaid return labels. Therefore, customers must ensure we receive the item back safely. 

We do NOT tolerate abusive or disrespectful communication towards our staff.
