Q. How Long Is Shipping ?

A. UK Standard shipping (Up to 12 working days EXCLUDING Weekends & Bank Holidays).

International shipping (Up to 16 working days EXCLUDING Weekend & Bank Holidays).

A. We Use Royal Mail , For Both U.K And International Deliveries, Which Will Be Tracked And Signed To Ensure You Receive Your Item Safely . 

Q. Would I Receive Order Updates Within The 10 Working Days ?

AYes. How It Works :

1. Once You Place Your Order You Will Receive A Confirmation Email. 

2. Within A Few Working Days You Will Receive An Email With A Dispatch Date.

3. If There Is A Delay With Your Order You Will Receive Another Email Stating This And We Will Inform You Of A New Dispatch Date. If Not Then Your 3rd Email Will Be That Your Order Has Been Dispatched With Your Tracking Number Attached. 

Q. Can I Cancel My Order ?

A. Yes. However,  It Must Be Within 2 Hours Of Placing Your Order.

Q. Can I Return And Get A Refund On My Product ?

A. We Do NOT Accept Exchanges, Refunds Or Returns On Our Products, Due To Hygiene Reasons (Especially Now Due To Covid19 ). This Does Not Affect Your Rights. However, If There Is A Manufacturer Fault With Your Item Then Please Contact Us Via Email (aawig.enquiries@gmail.com) Within 72 Hours And We Will Be In Touch In Order To Try And Rectify This For You ( Do NOT cut the lace). If The Lace Has Been Cut Or The Wig Has Been Tampered With We Are No Longer Obligated To Attempt To Rectify The Issue (This Does Not Effect Your Rights).

We do NOT offer prepaid return labels. Therefore, customers must ensure re receive the item back safely.

Q. My Order Has Been Dispatched , However I Have Not Received It ?

A. We Send Our Items As Next Day Signed For , Which Usually Arrives The Following Day After You Receive Your Tracking Number. This May Be Up To 2 Working Days In Some Cases. However , If You Have Not Received Your Item After This Time Frame Please Contact Us Via email  (aawig.enquiries@gmail.com) (Please Quote Your Order Number) And We Will Chase This Up For You. Although, We Are Not At Fault For Items Being Lost/Delayed During Transit We Are Here To Assist You The Best We Can.

It Takes Up To 10 Working Days For Royal Mail To Declare Your Parcel As Missing. The Good News Is That If Your Item Is Missing , Then We Are Able To Claim Back The Money For Your Product. This Process Is Extensive And Can Take Up To 21 Working Days . So Please Be Patient With Us. We Will Be In Touch With You Updating You Along The Way And Have Your Money Refunded As Quick As Possible.
